Can you please give some extra details/dates for the people you seek as I think Keith comes under 2 different places i.e. Moray/Banff for different eras?
Parents names may help in locating graves as transcriptions often have a list of family names if buried in same plot(s)?

There are only two records of Peter M(c)cGregors dying in Keith. One in 1868, aged 13, mother's surname Benzies, and another in 1872 aged 81.

I think it means that the stone was taken away because it had become a danger to people walking through the cemetery.
