Certainly looks like 'first Journal' Mckha.
I'd agree with 'reconed', not 'reasoned'.
I suspect the name beginning with 'C' is the farm of 'the late William Thomson, farmer'
Google tells me 'Lochel Cushnie' is Leochel Cushnie a parish in Aberdeenshire.
The word looks like 'Curbanchorg' / 'Curbanchory' / 'Curbarnchorg', etc which the writer has tried to squeeze in at the end of the line, but can't find anything to match. It may just have been the name of a small farm.
-
Found it.
It's Corbanchory.
In the Aberdeenshire OS books on Scotlandsplaces.
https://scotlandsplaces.gov.uk/digital-volumes/ordnance-survey-name-books/aberdeenshire-os-name-books-1865-1871/aberdeenshire-volume-53/3
'A large farmhouse'............
The 2 pages before this give some info about Leochel Cushnie.

A bit late to the party, but here's the text straightened so it'll hopefully be easier to read.
