Title: Ruby Pearl Louder

Looking for the birth/baptismal (Methodist) entry of Ruby Pearl Louder, it is believed she was born in Moonta, SA on the 14th of November 1895.
PARENTS: Alice nee Simmons and William James Louder.
I have been unable to locate any entries.

Freya, are you related to Ruby Louder?
Her mother Alice Simmons was the daughter of James Simmons and Mary Ann Julian.
Mary Ann was the widow of Philip Hocking. They were my great great grandparents.

Hi Freya, Did you ever find any information on Ruby Pearl Louder? She was my great grandmother. I have some photo's of her and my father remembers her fondly. I know she married James McDonald and they had a daughter Elizabeth 'Betty' Julian McDonald (My mama, who married Joseph Stapleton and had 4 children (Barry, Peter, Maureen and David). James McDonald died when my mama was around 5 years old and Ruby remarried James Laughnan a few years later. Ruby Pearl was known as Mama Loc to her granchildern (my father, aunty and uncles)

I have only ever been able to find Alice Julian Simmon and William Louder as her parents, but no birth certificate but I'm not convinced. Registration 29765 list Lander as her father, so I'm a bit confused and my father has always told me that Ruby Pearl was the only out of 10 siblings that didnt have a birth certificate - that anyone had seen anyways.

The birthdate for Ruby P "Lander" at Broken Hill was in fact 14 Nov 1895.
In NSW records the exact date can be found by choosing NO for the Date of Event Range.

Be aware that some handwriting was difficult to decipher correctly.
