Can’t find a marriage for Daniel Carey to Eliza Martin
Daniel born abt. 1861. Whitechapel died Dec 1909 St Georges East Stepney . Eliza Born abt. 1860 Shadwell died 1923 St Georges East. I have found the family In Census with different spellings of Carey. Kerry in 1911 and Gury in 1901. I have found three sons Thomas 1894 John 1896 and Michael 1897. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

How many years wed is stated at 1911?

Your dates don’t look quite right for the known children:
Thomas Carey mmn Martin, Dec qtr 1891 St Geo East
John Carey mmn Martin, Sep qtr 1895 St Geo East
Michael Carey mmn Martin, Jun qtr 1897 St Geo East

OP says Daniel died 1909. So unless Eliza made one of those helpful 'errors' by inserting her marriage details not required as she was a widow, then we won't know.
It may be of course quite likely that they did not marry - I have relatives from St George in the East who did not bother, and also did not register their children, though many were baptised since they evidently regarded that as a suitable alternative.

Thomas would have been conceived around early 1891 - have Daniel and Eliza been found in that census?
-
Sorry lost connection Eliza states in 1911 she was married 20 years

Sorry I am having bad internet problems can’t even get into my tree. Sorry.

It maybe that Eliza was married previously -- if so her maiden name would still be Martin on childrens' birth records - but marriage entry would give her married name.
I can't see them together in 1891 at the moment (although that doesn't mean they aren't there of course!)

Perhaps this is them with errors in 1891:

In the original, Eliza MARTIN is listed first as head of the family. Head is crossed out and replaced with 'wife'. Daniel is then 'Head' and he was born in Whitechapel, a dock labourer, so there are a lot of similarities.
There is an Ann MARTIN with children Eliza and John in 1871, again living in St George in the east.

I think that Daniel Carey was somewhat older than he admitted to - he states born Whitechapel on the census and there was only one: bc.1856, son of Thomas and Julia. From 1861 census Julia's mother is living with family i.e. Catherine Sullivan.
I can now add 2 further spellings to the mix - looking for a marriage Thomas Carey and Julia Sullivan brought up zilch so searched under her name and eventually found:
Thomas Geary, son of Thomas married Julia Sullivan, dau. of Timothy, on 24/7/1853 St. Thomas, Stepney.
Looked for son Daniel's birth but cannot find a likely entry but I did find his baptism:
Daniel Gary b.7/6/1855, bp.17/6/1855, St. Anne R.C. Church, Underwood Road, Middx (London).
Cannot find a marriage between Daniel Carey/variants to Eliza Martin. With regards to the latter, think she was the daughter of Thomas Martin and Eliza Beeten who married in 1858 Mile End. 1861 and 1871 census state she was born Poplar but in 1871 they are living in Shadwell.

That Eliza married in 1891 to Charles BETHELL. Her sister Eva was a witness. In 1901 she is with her mother and brother Sidney in Islington.
