I am looking for Parents/Siblings of Isaiah Bailey (1803-1887) in Sheepwalk, Fermanagh. I believe he was married twice, 1. Jane Gregg 2. Margaret Warner. His children were Jane Ann, Alexander, Mary, Elizabeth, Margaret and James 1857-1922 (my great grandfather). Any information would be appreciated. Thanks, Janice

I can't see a death for him in Ireland in 1887- did he leave Ireland and die elsewhere?

According to his marriage record to Margaret, Isaiahs father was William Bailey. I was wondering if Isaiah had siblings.

In the Tithle Applotment books in 1833 there is a William Bailey owns 8 acres in sheepwalk
There is something written at the side and I think I can make out Isaiah and Alex?

There is a Alexander Bailey in the Griffith valuation in 1864 - in Clonshannagh, which is in the same parish as sheepwalk.
I tried to trace this through the valuation revision books and I can see it going from a Robert Bailey to an Alexander Bailey in 1888, and then I think its sold in 1899 to William Godfrey.
Note - There is no baileys in Clonshannagh in 1833
There is a child Emma, born to an Alex Bailey in 1865

There is a marriage for an Alexander Bailey in 1869

I wonder if there is a way to determine if this is a decendant of Alexander Bailey.
