Is it possible to access the Baptism Records for the Non Conformist Churches at Barton in the 1890s.
As far as I can tell there were 5 at that time, including the Temperance Hall.
I have a family of 12 children, 5 christened at Worlaby, 4 at Appleby ( all with Lincs Archives refs.) and the remaining 3 were born at Barton, where I`ve found no C. of E. records for them.

Have you tried the Lincolnshire Archives at Lincoln to see if they hold any records. I know they have some from Barrow which is near Barton

Thanks.
I was going to ring Lincs Archives today, but I forgot !!
I really miss being able to visit the archives since we came live in Wales.

Thankyou !
I`ve emailed Lincs Archives to ask them if they hold any; if they don`t I`ll investigate further your recommendation. So far, I haven`t been able to see their charges.

A reply from the Archives says that they have some Baptism records , but no marriages or burials for that period, so that`s good for me as the 3 I`m looking for all died elsewhere.
