I have a victory medal which is engraved number 40108 Pte T Cullen Royal Irish Fusiliers. However i cannot find a medal index card for this soldier if anyone can help i would appreciate thanks.

I've found a medical list from 1917 for a Pte T Cullen, R I F, 40109 for appendicitis.
