It looks as though Charles Brand may have married Elizabeth Weeks so Theophilius probably married Ellen M Coleridge though the marriage cert would confirm  ???

1881 census

Thomas H Lomming 1849 Devon glass cutter
Emma M Lomming 1853 Devon
Sarah Coleridge 1871 visitor Exeter

24 Manchester Street , Southampton All Saints.

RG 11 1213 12 18

I should have said that Sarah Coleridge , niece , is mentioned as staying with the Loarings in the newspaper piece in 1890.

In 1901 an Ellen M Coleridge widow born 1856 Exeter is working as a Cook in Kingston upon Thames
and there is a death for Ellen  Coleridge b 1855 in the same place . It could be Ellen Loaring , perhaps ?
