I am researching my family history. My great grandfather Timothy Patrick Crowley arrived in Australia in 1866 and lived in Kilmore in Victoria. He was born in Ballyvirrane in 1837 Kerry, parents being Johanna Spillane and Patrick Crowley. It appeared that there was at least 2 Spillane households in Ballyvirrane at the time of his birth
Cheers
Steve

No, you'd need to scroll through the Church Registers to study them!

My understanding was that there were 2 households in Ballyvirrane in 1837, one where the recorded head was Thomas Spillane, the other Mary Spillane

Also Patrick Crowley died in Killarney, see attached. He was a cutler and this seems to match in both ecords
