Title: Flora Lindsay McManus.

Some time ago I posted a picture of a young girl that I wished information on. I now believe her to be Flora Lindsay McManus b.1905 in Ireland. d. 2000 in England. Does this fit in with someones family? The picture taken in 1918 shows the girl holding my Father. This would make her around 13. Does this look about right? Any information given would be most helpful. Thanks, Graham.

Born 26.3.1905 Londonderry died as Weir in Notts

Would this not be better on the Notts board?

Can't find an English marriage or any children born in England

Flora Lindsay McManus married Frederick Weir in Scotstoun & Yoker (Glasgow) Scotland 1933 - see www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk

Flora was born on  26/3/1905 at Roemill Road, Limavady. Her parents were John McManus and Fanny Caskey.

You can register at  https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/civil-search.jsp  to view her birth certificate for free.

Thanks scotmum. I`m trying to see if anyone can confirm that the girl in this picture is in fact the Flora I think she is.
