Title: Handwriting Help
Post by: Lee Ross on Thursday 12 July 18 06:23 BST (UK)
Hi everyone,

Hoping someone can help me decipher the last word on the attached extract from the Passenger List of the 'Echunga' (1857).

I've got: Gone to friend George Squire Richmond ____

But it's the last word that I can't read  :-\

My 4th great grandparents Edward Slavin and Margaret McBride (originally from Armagh, Ireland) arrived on the 'Echunga' in Geelong in Aug 1857 from Liverpool and their first daughter Mary Slavin was born in Bruthen Creek, Victoria.

Thanks in advance!

Lee
