First you need to find her marriage to John Quinn which will hopefully give at least her father's name.
Did they have any children, the date the eldest was born would help narrow down a time of marriage?
Did they marry in Ireland?

Sandra Maguire and John Quinn married 1842 in Ireland. They had several children. One was named Sarah Quinn who married Charles Benjamin Cook in Australia .

Sarah and John moved to Australia in 1852 with their children. John died in 1853 and Sarah married David Hare.

Can't see the marriage.

Nothing obvious on the RC free searches.

They were married.
Yes, but would they have married in the Roman Catholic or Church of Ireland church?

I think more than likely they were not married in the catholic church. Their daughter married a Methodist.

In that case, if I'm reading this https://www.irish-genealogy-toolkit.com/Irish-ancestry-search.html
correctly you need the Anglican registers.
https://www.ireland.anglican.org/cmsfiles/pdf/AboutUs/library/registers/ParishRegisters/PARISHREGISTERS.pdf

Some don't survive and of those that do not all are online.
I don't know much about them hopefully someone better informed will be able to help.
