I am looking for birth marriage and death details of james joseph mackie he was born 1897 place ? His last known address

West Kensington he married my great auntie emma haram bigamously they had a daughter who is my cousin and she knows her fathers legal marriage produced a daughter and my cousin is desperate to find her who would be in her late 70’s now if shes still around byt if not there may be family . Theres no obvious england/ wales birth reg in that time frame of 1897ish.
