Hello,
Can anyone find burials for me for:
Anthony Brewin, christening children in the early 1600s after marrying in 1604.
Walter and Isabel Pawley, christening children in the 1580s.
I'd appreciate any help! As well as any information on the 3 individuals as I have little.

both in Wigston Magna
both Father Anthonie Brewin

The burial is transcribed as Anthonie Breane
Burial date: 31 Jan 1626
Numerous Brewins are transcribed as Bruin, Bruane, Brucne, Bruen, Bruine, Brum, Brume, Brewen and Brewine.

Walter Pawly buried on 10th March 1628 and Isabell on 7th May 1627
Many others from 1603, including a William Pawlye on 22nd March 1679, born 1584.

Now looking for a christening for Mary Jackson, daughter of Dennis, around 1615 in Wigston. As well as burials for her parents, Dennis and Elizabeth Jackson.
Also looking for burials for William Wallis and Joan Noone, who were married in Wigston in 1572. Christening for their daughter Elizabeth if one exists.

Marie Darkson (Jackson), daughter of Denis, baptised on 7th April 1611
Also Elizabeth Jackson on 13th March 1613 and Thomas Johnson (more like Jackson) on 23rd February 1616.
There is a burial of David Jackson on 7th November 1636. The first name is unclear and more like Denis.
Elizabeth Jackon (Jackson), widdow, on 18th February 1640.
Elizabeth Wallys, dau of William baptised on 23rd November 1579.

Can anyone find a will for Dennis Jackson in 1636? I'd like to read a transcript, if one exists. Hopefully making a reference to his son-in-law, Robert Brewin/Bruin.

Hi - possibly a little late to the party but there is a will for Denys's wife Elizabeth Jackson in 1640 which mentions '...Richard, ye sonne of Robert Brewin a salting trough and unto his daughter Elizabeth the [same?] a featherbed a warming pan and a boulster'. It also mentions the daughters of William Noone, possibly confirming that her mother was from the Noone family too.(http://)

Any ideas who Anthonie's parents are and their dates? I've hit a dead end. All routes seem to lead to John Bruen of Cheshire which seems erroneous.

Sorry, its actually his paternal grandparents I'm searching for. I have his parents as Nicholas Bruen 1562 and Margaret Allen 1560.

Where are the sources for his parents being those two? As far as I know, there isn't any. Most of this is from Ancestry trees and they are completely false (As is mostly the case).
The only thing we know really about Anthony's life prior to marriage is that according to his will of 1626, he has a brother Richard Brewin, living at Broughton Astley and a cousin John Brewin, living at Little Stretton.
The only thing I can find about a Richard Brewin/Bruan is a marriage in Broughton Astley 1621 for a Richard Brian to Elizabeth Smith.
Cousin John Brewin we can pin as the John Brewin/Bruan who baptises children at Little Stretton in the 1590s. Married to an Elizabeth, who is buried 1618 Little Stretton 'Elizabeth, wife of John Bruan'. John then is buried 1637 Little Stretton, 'John Bruan, Senior, Husbandman'. This line stays at Little Stretton and are later styled 'Gentlemen'. (I descend from this line, as well as the Wigston Magna line).
This Bruan family of Stretton also Marry to a Mary Andrews in 1608 Great Stretton, who is then buried 1614 Little Stretton, 'Mary Bruan, the wife of Robert Bruan'. It should be noted that the Andrews family of Little Stretton have a Gentry connection. They descend from the Andrews of Bisbrooke. Their pedigree can be seen in Nichols Antiquities of Leicestershire. So we can know that the Brewin/Bruan family line of Little Stretton at least, are not of Labouring status. John Bruan is also one of the witnesses to the inventory of Edward Andrews, Gentleman, of Little Stretton, 1623.
