Title: Ros Davies' County Down Website is Back!
Post by: QuickDraw on Saturday 19 May 18 03:08 BST (UK)
It is with great pleasure that I announce that Ros Davies now has her own URL address and is back online with her wonderful County Down Family History website.

rosdavies.com (http://rosdavies.com)

Please note that there are still a number of broken links that need attention, but she is working hard to have these corrected as soon as possible.

Welcome back Ros!

Thank you for posting this. There's a lot of information here.

Still searching for John Williamson and Helen McColville, parents of my gtx2 grandfather, John Williamson, deceased at the time of his wedding (Catholic)in Gatehouse of Fleet.

Are there lists of the Great Potato Famine deceased?

Thank you for posting this link to the website.

I had not seen it before but it looks very useful.

A quick look confirms my own research into my 3 x gt grandparents and their children. They eventually came over to Scotland and they died in Dundee. Last year I was able to find where they are buried (purely by accident as my gt aunt is buried in the same grave and it was her I was initially looking for) It was an emotional find.

Great news - I've really missed Ros's site while it's been down. Ready to plunge back in!
Thanks for posting.
