Willoughby Rignold (aka Reginald) Keith Taylor was born on 19 September 1892 in Sydney and baptised on 4 November 1892 at St Pauls church, Sydney. He was the son of Russell R (Rignold) Taylor and Mabel Susan Taylor nee Morrison. Russell and Mabel married in 1892 in Sydney.
Willoughby Taylor married Helen Frances Gertrude IRESON d/o of Richard Ireson and Mary Ann Ireson (nee Millard). At the time of their marriage Richard was deceased - his occupation was Carpenter. Willoughby and Helen married on 23 September 1916 in St Stephens church, Newtown, Sydney. Willoughby was an Ironworker.
Willoughby Taylor died on 19 April 1965, Sutherland, Sutherland Shire, NSW. His ashes are scattered in the Woronora Memorial Park crematorium. Helen Taylor died on 15 October 1947, Sutherland, Sutherland Shire, NSW. Her ashes are interred in the Woronora cemetery and crematorium.
From the NSW BDM Index I have identified one child, a daughter born in 1918/14282 - Hurstville, NSW and have not been able to identify any other children.
Did Willoughby and Helen have any other children?
Thanks

One daughter was married at the time and this had taken place in 1942 at Hurstville.
Helen was aged 53 at her death in 1947.

As you have sent the details by PM, it would be best to remove the names from your post above.
You have not confirmation that this person or her husband are deceased.

Thanks Val for the PM with details of the deaths of the married daughter and her hubby.

Seems conclusive that the married daughter and her husband are deceased.
The death notice gives the names of the daughter and son-in-law of Keith and Helen.
Electoral rolls show a man and woman of the same names consistently listed together at the same address.
Ryerson has these deaths:
David HURDLE, died 28 MAY 1998, aged 82 late of West Wollongong - notice published in Illawarra Mercury, 02 JUN 1998
Marie Mabel HURDLE, died 2 JUL 2011, aged 93- notice published in Illawarra Mercury, 04 JUL 2011
Both cremated at MEMORIAL GARDENS, Berkeley Road, UNANDERRA, remains collected
There is another of the same surname on theses records,

Judith,
The other person with the same surname in the Memorial Gardens is David's sister, Alice who died in 1993. Their parents have the same names - details from the NSW BMD Index.

It appears that ashes weren’t scattered, but rather placed in garden:
Willoughby Reginald Keith Taylor 19-4-1965 Ashes Ee - Rose Garden 5 - 0016
Helen was buried, cremation not indicated:
Helen Frances Gertrud (sic) Taylor 15-10-1947 Burial Seventh Day Adventist Monumental - Section 1 - 0035

Many thanks Jamjar and Ros for your postings.
I had looked on Trove newspapers however the SMH only went to 1959 so very grateful Ros for Willoughby's death notice.

Hi Wendy,
NSW residents have free access to SMH 1955-Feb 1995 and SMH 2006-current (annoying gap in the middle). So just shout if you see anymore that you need.
You can also try google news archive https://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=lL5f5cZgq8MC&hl=en
(sometimes have to look to the left of first page of next edition to find last page of previous edition)

And Google archives was missing the month in question. ;)
I see only one possible marriage for the second daughter, between 1940 and 1967. It’s in Wollongong. The first name is different, but fits with a name in the death notice. However, there are another two with her husband’s name as a middle name. I can’t see a death, or notice on Ryerson, for her.

Ros -many thanks for this info - also appreciate the offer.
Jamjar - I have also found the marriage to which you refer for the second daughter which fits with the death notice, in 1950 in Wollongong. Her husband has an unusual middle name! I also found them in the 1977 Dapto Macarthur electoral roll with another two possible relatives living at the same address. I have not found any death notices for either the daughter or her husband.
I also found a woman of the same name as the second daughter in the Register of General Nurses 1946-1954. The 1949 ER for Barton Kogarah shows this person as living at the same address as Willoughby Taylor so likely to be the second daughter.

Yes, a most unusual middle name. I wonder if it’s a mistranscription. The closest I can find on NSWBDM is ‘OSSOLA’.
Jamjar
-
No he appears in electoral rolls with that name.
In 1977 there are 2 other males living at same address. (will pm them)
Ros
-
Thanks Jamjar.
Thanks also Ros for the PM with details including that of the two males living at the same address.
So far I haven't been able to locate anything further on them, so will keep looking.
Thanks for all your assistance.

Interestingly, there were children born to a James Pierce with the same middle name in Texas, as per Family Search. He and his wife are buried in California, but his middle name is spelt differently:
