Hi Everyone,

I am looking for information on the parents of my 3x Great Grandmother Flora Cameron. I believe they were Angus Cameron and Anne Campbell. I am unable to confirm this. She went on to marry Ewen MacKinnon around 1804. I would appreciate any help anyone may be able to give.

If she died in Scotland in 1870, her death cert should include her parents' names if known to the informant. Have you checked her death cert on this on www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk ?

The family seem well documented...so hopefully her parents' names do show on her death reg www.members.iinet.net.au/~aemacd32/Catherines-second-Family.htm

I have her death.  Her grandson Ewan McLeod was the informant and her parents are correct. She died 21 Jan 1870 at Kindram.  Feel free to send me a PM with your email and send you a copy.
