Hi

I am looking for John CAWKWELL and his wife Elizabeth and family.

According to shipping records their son William was born circa 1850. Unfortunately this is all I know.
Keeping my fingers crossed.

You haven't said where you think he was born.  If your information is from shipping records, do you know when they left the country?

The marriage certificate of William CAWKWELL in 1872 in NSW gives his parents names as John CAWKWELL & Elizabeth HULL. It lists his birthplace as just "Yorkshire".
