Title: Isabella Stevens (1847-1928) - help dating & colour request

Isabella was the wife of my great uncle - looking for help with dating of this photo & if the quality of the image allows some colour for her please.

Thank you jloy - not a great quality image for you all to work on but you have done her proud. You can see where her son got his dark eye shadows from....
