Not sure if that's right now because the birth for Clara Ann Korner gives mothers maiden name Reik.

I posted details of the marriage in reply#3 -with father's names
We really need Haley2 to come back and tell s we are on the right path -as in her initial post she stated the marriage was in 1870 - I could only find a 1871 marriage - and initially she names the groom as Johann Friedrich then at the end of the post names him as just Friedrich
so is Johann a different person?
and "Friedrich " seems to have the English version of his name "Frederick" on most images - on the marriage I found he is Frederick and even signs his name as Frederick

I wanted to make sure that that was the correct marriage, as you appeared to query it.
-
Hi chempat
Hayley2 has just PM'd me to say we have the correct couple - I have asked her to post on here so we are all aware that we seem to be on the correct trail
So it seems he married as Frederick Korner (signed as Frederick Koerner) and died as John Frederick Korner
Father Charles Korner occ Farmer
