Title: William James Briers/Glazebrook
Post by: AussieKate on Saturday 24 February 18 08:58 GMT (UK)
hi i am wondering if anybody has access to images of Stevenage baptisms as i am curious if my 3x Great Grandfather William James Briers was baptised also under the name Glazebrook or if there is a correction in the records.  William was born in 1818 and baptised 17 May 1818 there seems to be a record of him under the name of Briers and another record under the name Glazebrook also on 17 May 1818.  i think that he may have been born a year before his parents Joseph Glazebrook and Elizabeth Briers were married.  All the way until his death he went with the name Briers not Glazebrook.

Thanks
Kate  :)
