Good morning, one and all, and thank you in advance for any assistance that you may be able to give.
My maternal grandfathers line has several Boatmen in it, and one, my GGF, was, possibly ;), born on the barge that is named on his baptism record.
It is the name of the barge that I am struggling to read.

It looks like the location rather than the name of the Barge.
Trups Bridge :-\ What parish are the christenings

It is Foleshill , Warwickshire , but so far I've drawn a blank on the name.

Looking at the baptism for James in 1859 it looks like Tusses Bridge ( using the long s in the spelling.)
Edit : the bridge is on the Oxford Canal.

Yes, I can see that as "bridge", now.
Is there a dot, for i, either last letter, or second last?

The one that I posted is for Thomas Rogers, 1853.
I have not looked for siblings, but it looks like James is one. :)
Thank you.

Possibly the family did not live on a boat? If they did then maybe the children would have been born in different places ???. Or perhaps they WERE, but the family waited for them to be baptised at the same place.

Tusses bridge looks highly likely. https://canalplan.eu/place/s3ir
GGGF has residence at time of marriage,( as per cert. ) as Alderman's Green.

There were plenty of house at Tusses Bridge, it looks more like a village, there are two pubs and a school.
