The only likely marriage seems to be this one:
Weston, Albert E - Quarter:    December  1866 - District:  Bristol
Volume:    6a  Page:    170
In that case the bride is most likely to have been Elizabeth Perriman.
More perhaps to follow  8)

I have not clearly identified Albert in the 1861 census. However, in 1871 we find the family at Bristol St. George RG10/2554 page 16.
Albert 28 Blacksmith
Elizabeth 23
Alice 3
Arthur 2
George 1 - born Bristol St. George all others b. Bitton, Gloucs.

Hold on and I will take a look for Elizabeth's birth. :)

In 1861 Elizabath and her large family were living on the Somerset/ Gloucs border at Hanham, Somerset in the registration district of Bitton. RG9/1698 P. 11

The family  was Mark, Head. 49. Stonecutter b. Bitton
Mary 50, Bitton
Sarah,23 Bitton some occupation crossed out.
William 16 Stonecutter b. Middlesex - subject to Fits
Elzabeth 13 b. St. Georges
Martha 10 Bitton
Elen 8 Bitton
William 8 GRANDSON Leek Staffs.
OK? As I said I can find no reliable census info. for this Albert Weston. 8)
