Post by: jmackenzieNZ on Wednesday 31 January 18 07:06 GMT (UK)
Hi all,
This is a snip of a Gloucestershire, England, Church of England Burials.
Can someone please work out what is noted underneath with the attached date of 11 May 1826.
Thank you.

Given in at Campden 11 May 1826 .

It probably indicates that the registers were submitted to the diocese for inspection on that date.

I agree with bookbox,   Given in at Campden 11 May 1826 .

It is the last burial entry for 1825 in that register  ;)
