Can this photo which was found in my late aunty's effects be dated from the clothing please. She was an O'Neill from Cardiff who married a Foils from Co. Cork so those are the two families most likely to be involved.

I think it looks like 1918-1920.

My guess (before seeing Gadget's more expert estimate) was to say immediate post war to very early 20s; so with the boy at the front you're probably looking at someone born 1910-14.
