Could this be cleaned up and what looks like a feather from the ladies hat removed from the mans face thank you
this replaces an earlier post which has not been worked on because I was sent a better scanned copy this morning

One from me, this is obviously a wartime photo with only eight men and two of them in uniform, among all the ladies. I have removed the feathers as requested, there were actually two of them as the lady on the left, three rows back, with glasses on also had rather a large feather.

As you say Pat - two feathers! ;) placed in balance, as if the photographer noticed them too - wasn't it lucky they were leaning the opposite directions! ;D

Thanks again to every one, the man with the feather blocking part of his face was my father he was in the RAF serving in England, Scotland and Egypt. the other man in uniform was my uncle and he was in the Army the photo was taken in 1942 I will be keeping them all, they are so good and each one offers something different Alan
