Thomas P. Semple was born 16 Mar 1893 and died Nov 1975. I believe that Agnes was born about 1891 in Malin, Donegal, Ireland but I'm not positive. They are both listed in the Guernsey county Ohio 1930 census with 6 children. I can't find any record of them before this census.

Hi,
YOu should look for their births in the birth indexes. These are available at the Dublin GRO and at your local family history centre. They may have been in Ireland during the 1901 and 1911 census so when you get a birth address, check that parish. If not, check the 1901 census in the UK
