Would anyone be able to tell me where I might be able to buy a copy of "The Old Meeting House at Carland. Being a History of Carland Presbyterian Church 1646 - 1996" by R.J. McLean? I located a second-hand copy, but it had, unfortunately, been sold.

Have you tried the Library?

Thank you Rathmore for your suggestions. I have tried the catalogue of the Linen Hall Library - I am an overseas member - but was not able to find a copy of the book, although they have a short pamphlet on Carland Church in the section for viewing in the Library. As I live in England, I may have to wait until my next trip to Belfast to try the Central Library and maybe also the Dungannon Library.
I will try to write to the Minister of Carland Church to ask if he knows where I might get a copy.

Thank you Hallmark for your helpful replies. An American distant cousin had been able to borrow the book I am looking for and he copied some pages for me. He had noticed that my g.g.grandfather, William Jackson was mentioned, as well as my g.grandfather, Joseph Young. I would really like to obtain a copy of the book, so that I can read it. It seems to be a very comprehensive work of scholarship.
I did notice the collection of gravestones in an earlier post, but have no idea if any of my Jackson ancestors are buried in the graveyard. They seem to have lived in Mulnagore, which is not very far from Carland church.
I will write to the minister of Carland church to ask if there are, by chance, some spare copies of the book. Since it was first published over 20 years ago, this seems unlikely.
