Title: Fowler/Willans family. Poplar and Plaistow
Post by: katiespitfire on Thursday 28 September 17 16:42 BST (UK)
I've inherited a box of photos and one seems to be superfluous.
It shows Rachel Lucy Fowler (b1872 d1953) who married a John Henry Willans.

They had two children, Ray (a girl!) and Henry and moved to Plaistow where John was a plumber (possibly on ships?)

If she fits into your family tree do let me know! It's quite an unusual surname (willans)

Hi Kate
There is one family tree on Ancestry showing any interest in this family name but it looks as if no one carried on the name from about 1975, perhaps you could check it out

My wife is connected to this family. Her maternal Grandmother was Violet Maud Willans, Cousin to Henry.  Feel free to contact me here.

Regards
