Could that be the priest trying to rectify a wrong column error. Profession.

Quite likely.  Druggist Assistant has been written twice.  The vicar wrote it in the condition column where it wasn't supposed to be.

Had a senior moment maybe?!

It's a civil cert

They usually write error in copy only when a mistake has been made but I don't see it here.
