I am researching the family of Thomas Thompson and Emily Frost. Children were, Arthur b. 1876, Mary Ann b. 1878, Thomas b. 1880, Hannah 1882, William 1884, Emily 1886 and Albert Noah b. 1888.
I am especially looking for info on Mary Ann b. 1878 and Thomas b. 1880. I have Mary Ann in 1811 census at Nailor Bank in Congleton. Thomas was living at Sunnyside Farm with his widowed father, Thomas, in 1911 census. Both were unmarried. Any info on marriage, if any, and/or deaths would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Have you checked for potential marriages and/or deaths on (for example) FreeBMD.org.uk?
Have you found either of them on the 1939 National Register? (Available on FindMyPast)
The last 100 years, or so, are probably the most difficult to research, as so much of the data is still closed.
After BMDs and the 1939 Register, Electoral Registers need to be looked at - but most of them are not online.

There's a family tree which has death of Mary Ann 1937 Biddulph but no death shown for Thomas.
Should add that birth places for both are down as Horton not Norton.

You have a number of (small) inaccuracies here. Albert Edwin was born in 1875 (registered Leek), Hannah 1881 (reg. Leek), Emily 1885 (reg. Stoke; baptised 6th September 1885 at Bucknall-cum-Bagnall), Albert Noah 1886 (reg Stoke, baptised 24th October 1886 at Bucknall-cum-Bagnall). In 1891 the family is living with Thomas's mother Mary at Knypersley Road in Biddulph (RG12 2846/60) and in 1901 they are still lodging with her at Wickenstone on Biddulph Moor (161/25).
However, the birth records for Mary Ann (13 in 1891 Census and 23 in 1901) and young Thomas (11 in 1891) have eluded me thus far: neither seems to be in GRO, freeBMD or staffordshirebmd.org.uk, at a quick look.

Apologies for the slip up over Arthur - too much haste in copying from my notes. Emily and Albert Noah both have Bagnall as their place of birth in the 1901 Census. Incidentally, the Annie Rowley, listed in 1901 as another granddaughter of the matriarch Mary Thompson, was born in 1884 (Leek registration) with the mother's maiden name recorded as Thompson.
UPDATE Thomas Thompson aged 21 is listed in 1901 Census boarding with his probable uncle William Thompson (age 45, born Norton) at Horton in Leek (parish of Horton / St Michael Horton). William's children have a Horton and Biddulph mix of places of birth. Thomas is listed as born Horton here - and Leek registrations for the early children of Thomas senior now make more sense. Given the family mix here there's no reason to doubt that they knew their Horton from their Norton.
A couple of marriages to consider: 1914 Thomas Thompson and Charlotte Edge (aka Pointon) at Leek UR Congregational Church, and 1915 Thomas Thompson and Esther Harvey at Horton St Michael.
