Hi Sharon,

I have just checked on shazzafitz's profile and can see that she has blocked all new email notifications sadly this means we have been unable to pass on your message to her.

Sarah I am shazzafitz I don't recall blocking anything. What is it associated with maybe I can find it.

Hi Sharon I am sorry the duplicate profiles confused me. The email you used to set up shazzafitz is blocking our email notifications I guess because it is an old one that you are no longer using.

Your other profile has only one other topic

How do I delete the shazzafitz. I have no idea why it is blocked. How can we fix that. Should I cancel all my accounts try and delete all my posts (not sure how) and then start afresh with a new one. Not sure what to do here.

Hi Sharon,

Your old profile only has 2 topics, one of which you have already replied to with your new profile so you will be notified of new replies on this topic. I have turned off notifications from your old profile because the email address used is no longer active and the service provider is no longer accepting emails to that address.

If you had contacted us before creating a new profile we could have edited your old profile with you new email address.
