Will there be more information on the British Newspaper Archive site than there is on the Find My Past site?
Anyone know please?

I think they are identical.

Thank you

But... the search engines do not behave in the same way, so you might get some results using one website, and some different results using the other website. At least, that was my experience in the past.
Also, I preferred using one of the search engines over the other, but I can't remember which was which anymore (sorry I can't be more specific; it's been a while since I've used the BNA site).

The newspaper archive section at FindMyPast and BNA are one and the same. But the search functions at FindMyPast are very basic unlike BNA. Depends on personal preference.

If you are in the UK some libraries give remote access using your library number to Gale database which cover some other newspapers

The images on the BNA site also highlight any keywords searched for (often multiples if common name) but makes it easier to find the article/announcement than on FindMyPast.
I also find the BNA search engine better than on FindMyPast.

Thank you all.

Just to chip in, BNA have now started letting you improve the transcriptions so searching seems to have taken a step up in quality returns. I've been editing quite a bit recently as I guess are others.
