Hello I need help finding information on my grandad (Jan Jozef Dziubany 1920-1985) he was born in Katowice in 1920 however his father was not on the birth certificate, his mother was Anna Dziubany and I hear she lived there all her life. My Nan who he married here in England believes he had a half brother who I have a photo of but no name... in the photo was his wife, two boy twins and his daughter krystyna Dziubany. I cannot find any records etc on these and I feel I'm at an end.
If anyone could help with anything that would be super

Well so far I have found a burial for an Anna Dziubany. According to the info on Family Search she was born on 14 December 1898 and died 25 December 1972. The event place is described as Katowice, Slaskie, Poland.
I am assuming that this is the cemetery - Tychy Wartogłowiec

There is a list of 22 Dziubanys on the Find A Grave website. I don't know if any of these will mean anything to you. One of them is Anna whom I mentioned in my previous post.

I thought that might have been her but my Nan seems to think the dates are wrong however I'm still not sure if my Nan has the dates right. I even have a photo of her grave but I don't know where it's at it's a real nightmare this side of the family

I have no knowledge of the Polish language so will have no clue as to what the writing says on the back of the photo.
Have a look at the Find a Grave website and see if any of the names ring any bells for you.

Just click on the search 162 million grave records, then enter the surname only and the country and then 22 should pop up.

The writing on the back of the photo reads:
Panewniki (Cmentarz Komunalny)
meaning Panewniki (Communal Cemetery) which is near Katowice.
