I have tried several times to download these updates. but to no avail.
It is telling me updates are available for 2017-06 Cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1607 for x64-based systems ( KB4022715) I get preparing to install then goes up to 2%. This has been a problem since last week. I am using Edge and Google Chrome. Hope someone can help me out.. I am not very Technical as you can see.

I was wondering when someone complained about installing the June download.
Firstly what kind of computer are you using, laptop or desktop?
Assuming you have a laptop plug in the charger and switch on!
[Process takes about 2hrs so don't start at bedtime. lol]
Start to download update then go and have a bath/shower, depending on your machine could take half hour or more to download.
See how you get on downloading, see you back here if problem again?

Mine stuck at 5% for over an hour so I went to bed, got update OK

Like the others have said you need to stick with it.
If all else fails you can download the files individually from the Windows Update Catalogue.

Thank you all for the reply's. Still on 2% I will give it a bit longer see if it will kick in. Computer is a laptop. Will let you know if it decides to play. Thanks

Try and Troubleshoot it...
Search for ... Settings, then Troubleshoot, if there is a tiny problem it should sort it!!

Wait till you see how long the d/load, processing & reboot takes for the 'Creators Update' now available on WIN10 !
It's a monster and does some odd things:
Creates a duplicate printer
Stops MS Outlook and iCloud from interworking (this is the second update in recent times to do this)
Seems to have deleted (randomly) some usernames and passwords from websites

Yes Hallmark done it eventully by itself. We wait for the next download.
