Hi,

Great photo sent to me from a new contact in France. Her line  moved there in about 1911 from Surrey and  she has produced some great photos which had names on them.This one doesn`t so an idea of date would be great.

Hi Terry...Lovely photo, shame you don't have the back to show us but I would say this was a late 1860s possibly into the early 1870s photo. Jim will have a better idea and should be along soon.

Hi Terry....It's great to see the back but also useful to show the corners too....these were straight up to the early 1870s when the corners became rounded in order for them to fit more easily into album slots.
