Doe anyone know if Chapmanthorn still exists in Holywood Parish or has it been renamed?

It seems that Chapman Thorn, a fir plantation owned by Francis Maxwell, was also called Gribton Wood according to the Ordnance Survey Name Book for 1848-58. Gribton Hall, Nether Gribton and Gribton Cottages still appear on modern maps. The maps also show a fir plantation and a deciduous wood at Gribton Hall.

Added: I have just found on an 1856 map where Chapman Thorn cottage and plantation were. They were on the east side of the minor road from Holywood to Dunscore, almost due east of Cormaddie Farm.
