plus any census details.

FindMyPast have census search by address. Publication of info from their website breaches their T & C's so you will need to buy credits and look yourself

You don't give any details of any timescale or the name/names of the owners

Sirloin or Sirlon??

When did it change it's name?  It may be helpful if you explained your connection to this hotel

It's named after the legend that King James knighted a loin of beef at Hoghton Tower in 1617.
Have you consulted Lancashire Archives catalogue?
