Harry Smart Napier married Louise Parr and was a market gardener at Newhills, Aberdeen He was born in 1879 and had 13 children, anyone information regarding descendents
-
When and where did he marry?
Have you looked for him on the 1911 census to check for any children at that time?
Have you checked Scotlands People for marriages/deaths for the children - presuming you know their names?

1901 shows one child only - Hellen aged 1yr

Aberdeen Press and Journal of Sept 13th 1947, mentions his recent retirement from position of foreman market gardener and his presentation of a long service award by the Royal Northern Agricultural Society. A few years later, in July 1951, the Aberdeen Evening Express has a marriage notice for a son of Harry's in which he is noted as 'the late'.

Curious ?? why are you looking ?

His mother was my gt grandmother her daughter Helen Wilson nee Walker was my grandmother and she died when my mother was born. Harry would have been a half brother. Are you connected to this family.
-
Yes he was my Grandfather and yes he is her half brother but changed his name back to Napier as his mother was very close to her father Joseph Napier. My father was William Smart Parr Napier.
-
John Lovie at Kintore has or had the whole history of Napier in a file / book but I am not sure if he is still alive.
-
Got it from him about 6 years ago
-
Hello, still alive, still in Kintore. Helen Napier was my half-grand aunt. Her father Joseph Napier was my great-grandfather.
