Title: What Nationality Would They Be?

I have this friend, he was born and raised in England and although he and his siblings are from England, his father was from Lithuania and his mother was from Italy, so what Nationality would my friend be?

Was he born before 1st January 1983?
If so:

In most cases you’re a British citizen

There are only 2 cases when you won’t be a British citizen:

    your father was a diplomat working for a non-UK country
    your father was ‘an enemy alien in occupation’ - this only applies to people born in the Channel Islands during World War 2
