Title: Look Up - Dublin electoral lists 1937 - Howard or Howley living in Westland Row

Hi,
I'm trying to find any information about a Howard or Howley family living in Westland Row, Dublin in the 1930s.  I would appreciate if anyone is able to look up the Dublin electoral lists for this period and let me know what, if anything, is found.

Unfortunately these have been taken offline due to (in my opinion) an over zealous application of Data Protection concerns.

However, the kind folk who look after the Dublin Collection (upstairs in Pearse street library Dublin), will often do lookups if you have a clear unambiguous query (as you have).
