Hi
Through help from another Roots Chat forum I have found
My great uncle Sydney Whitford born 1885 Cornwall was living in iron Mountain Michigan 1913 as he married a Louise Gilbert , I think she was from Northampton, I have him on the American census, along with his children, I wondered if any of his descendants are searching for their ancestors.I would love to hear from them.

At the bottom of each RootsChat page in the brown section under Your Tools - is a section Surname Interests - perhaps it would be a good idea to post your Whitford your surname of interest in  that section.  RootscChat is a forum for tracing ancestors not living people but we can try and come forward as far as we can.

Its unclear what else you have found on family search apart from census  ???

The 1940 census would tell you Owen had a wife and daughter. Owen married Melia Pasquantonio 19 November 1936 -  Norway, Dickinson, Michigan -

1940 census would also show you that Frank Whitford was also married. Frank married  Marvel Ione Rouse 30 March 1940 - Norway, Dickinson, Michigan.

Thank you so much for all the information, the graves are areal find, it looks like Sydney did better than his brother (my grandad) not many of my ancestors0 have grave markers
