Hello,
Does anyone know where I could post the details of a death certificate that, as it turns out, isn't a match for my family tree, but perhaps could be of use to someone else? I did a quick search on Ancestry but I didn't see anyone else researching the same person. However, it does seem a waste that I have it and can't use it. It would be nice to have it listed somewhere in case it does ping onto someone's radar.
Thx in advance for any ideas.

;D ;D ;D easy to do...
You could also consider transcribing the information contained in the certificate as a 'postem' on freebmd.org.

'Postem'=Wonderful suggestion. I didn't know that was an option -- looked up how -- great way to share info from all my certificates. Thx!

On the very off chance it was a Scottish one, you can also list it at:

I re-homed an unwanted certificate by contacting the local FHS (think it was Norfolk) and asking if any of their members were researching that family. A positive response and the certificate was sent to them.
