The 1901 census gives a dau Laura, age 1yr bn M/c, of George Henry Anderton & Elizabeth Ann nee Clough. Laura doesn't seem to appear on FBMD, UKBMD or Lancs OPC.
There is a Laura, dau of William Henry & Nellie Anderton, on the 1901 census F/S aged 6 mths all bn Blackpool. GOV births gives mmn Cornall. This WHA was too young to be the son of GHA.
GHA & EAA had a dau Florence on the 1911 census aged 11yrs. Have her baptism, just the one name. Was Florence and Laura the same person? Any help would be appreciated.

GRO index shows Florence with mother's maiden name Clough, December quarter 1899.

All the children on census are registered with mmn Clough. Florence was probably called Laura for short.
The parents of Laura in Blackpool were both born there and dont appear to be related to the Manchester family.
Laura in Blackpool is with her mother and aunt on later census .

Number of children born to couple, number still living and number dead was entered on 1911 Census. I suppose you've checked births & deaths of all the children.
Florence may have been shortened to Flora or Florrie, then Laura. Perhaps she or a sibling couldn't pronounce "F".
It may simply have been a transcription error.
