Title: Family Tree maker Upgrade to Mackiev

Hi

I am interested to know if anyone has upgraded to the mackiev version of FTM. I have had the invitation to upgrade from FTM2014 but am nervous about doing it.

Have had both versions
their original 14.0 and the new one 14.1 both work perfectly and are a little faster than the old FTM

Hi I upgraded a few weeks back had a panic at first as it seemed very slow ,but after a couple of starts it was faster than before the upgrade . I have had no problems so far and am pleased with it .

I finally took the plunge and did the upgrade. The only problem that I encountered was that my FTM 14 was not showing up on my list of installed programmes on my computer. I think this was probably because I upgraded to windows 10 after installing FTM14. It therefore took me a while to work out why the upgrade kept saying that I hadn't got FTM14 installed. I therefore had to repair it from the CD which I had, for it to show up on the list. It was plain sailing after that. No problems since.
