Have you looked at your update history to see if they have been installed.
I can tell you the first on the list is from 2011.

KB3188730 and KB3192391 I have no trace of whatsoever

I'm not sure whether you have the same issue as I had. I have Windows 7 Service Pack 1 Home Premium edition. I realised a month or so ago that I hadn't had any updates since August although I had Windows 7 set to Automatic Update. When I tried to update manually the process wouldn't complete. I eventually went to the Microsoft website and found that there has been a problem with updating Windows 7 and some suggested fixes :
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-update/windows-7-update-solution/f39a65fa-9d10-42e7-9bc0-7f5096b36d0c
For me downloading KB3172605 for 64 bit restored Windows Update to working order but this may not be appropriate for you.

I keep my Win7 Updates turned off anyways since about the last quarter of 2016. I don't need no stinkin' telemetry, instability or other potential personal, property and O/S abuse from Micro$oft. Certainly am not needing Win10 either. Shocking!
