Title: Barlestone parish records-Gibson

Can anyone help please. I am trying to find out more about my 4XGreat grandfather Jno Gibson. He was born abt 1748 and married a Susanna Choice in Barlestone in 1768. I can't find anything else about him. Was he born in Barlestone? And who were his parents?

I have found the date of marriage for Jno and Susanna on the familysearch.org site - 3rd May 1768. I think Susanna's parents might be John Choice and Margaret Bott (not too sure on this though).  Can't find anything else on Jno.

Thanks for the reply Wendy, but I already had the info you supplied. It is specifically Jno that I am trying to find out about. Your supposition about his wifes family is correct though.
