Title: Royal Hospital Chelsea Pensioner Admissions and Discharges lookup

Is anybody able to look up details of my Great Grandfather, John McDonald, please?
He was a Corporal in the Medical Staff Corps and was born in Liverpool 1850/51.
He was discharged in 1890 and his number was 2796. Any information would be much appreciated.

i,ve had a look and the record is well worth getting either through buying credits or if your local library has access to FindMyPast from there for free , he had a varied career and served in india as well as south africa and ireland dont want to give much away as it will spoil your look up .
