Is he the 1851 entry shown as born Tottenham Court Rd and in lodgings in Southwark?

Hi, thanks for the info....yes he is the Elley in that census.... John married Sarah Macphail in 1818... but did not name any children Eliz....but I will look further into that spelling...Rob
