Title: My Grandfather - Frederick Taylor b. 1903

Would appreciate some help with this photo of my grandfather, Frederick, a miner from Durham uk. It's the only one I have of him as a young man and as you can see it's a bit battered.

Thanks if anyone can bring it back.

Tough one this one. Will try and revisit it when time allows to try and get more sharpness and cleaner....needs lots and lots of work.
